1. Copyright Retention
Authors who publish in the Journal of Community Engagement in Health (JCEH) retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting and publishing a manuscript in JCEH, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish, distribute, archive, and disseminate the article in accordance with the applicable publication license.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and that they have obtained permission to reproduce any third-party material, including figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, and other copyrighted content, where permission is required.
Articles published in JCEH may be shared, copied, distributed, and reused by readers in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons license specified on the published article and on the journal website. Appropriate attribution to the original author(s), the article title, the journal, and the original publication source must be provided.
The copyright and licensing terms applicable to each article will be clearly stated on the article's landing page and/or full-text version. Any reuse of published material must comply with the terms of the applicable license and relevant copyright laws.
The journal does not claim ownership of the intellectual property rights of authors' work, except for the publication and distribution rights expressly granted to the journal under the applicable agreement or policy.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that they have the authority to grant the publication rights required by JCEH and that the submission does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

2. License
The non-commercial use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. 

3. Ownership
The Journal of Community Engagement in Health (JCEH) is a scientific journal owned and published by Universitas STRADA Indonesia, Indonesia. The university provides the institutional framework and support for the journal's publication activities and development. The journal publishes scholarly articles in the field of public health and related disciplines, with the aim of disseminating scientific knowledge and supporting the advancement of public health research, education, policy, and practice.

4. Management
The management of JCEH is organized through an editorial team consisting of the Editor-in-Chief, editors, editorial board members, and other editorial personnel as required. The editorial team is responsible for managing manuscript submissions, coordinating the peer-review process, making editorial decisions, and maintaining the quality and integrity of published articles. The journal's editorial management operates in accordance with its editorial policies, publication ethics, and peer-review procedures. Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript's scholarly quality, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological rigor, and compliance with publication ethics.
