Peningkatan Cakupan Booster Vaksin COVID-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumberpucung

Rendahnya cakupan booster vaksin COVID-19 di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sumberpucung karena masyarakat yang kurang memahami pentingnya booster vaksin COVID-19. Berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat akan kebutuhan vaksin masih rendah. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan cakupan booster vaksin COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumberpucung. Metode penyuluhan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi secara langsung dengan materi tentang COVID-19 dan vaksin COVID-19. Media yang digunakan, yaitu laptop, proyektor, microphone, sound system. Penyuluhan dilakukan pada tanggal 16 April 2022 di desa Sumberpucung kabupaten Malang. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat umum di desa Sumberpucung dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 56 orang. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan capaian vaksin COVID-19, yaitu umur 6-11 tahun dosis 1 sebanyak 110%, dosis 2 sebanyak 99%. Umur 12-59 tahun dosis 1 sebanyak 95%, dosis 2 sebanyak 88%, sedangkan dosis 3 sebanyak 14.92%. Umur >60 tahun capaian vaksin COVID-19, yaitu dosis 1 sebanyak 46%, dosis 2 sebanyak 35%, dosis 3 sebanyak 12.69%. Kesimpulan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan tentang COVID-19 dan vaksin COVID-19, memberikan dampak yang cukup berarti bagi tercapainya cakupan booster vaksin COVID-19 di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sumberpucung Malang. Saran, penyuluhan tentang COVID-19 dan vaksin COVID-19 terus dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sehingga menggugah kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya vaksin COVID-19. Menghindari informasi yang tidak benar tentang COVID-19 dan vaksin COVID-19 di lingkungan wilayah kerja puskesmas Sumberpucung Malang.
